Hans Balmaekers is an experienced leader and innovator dedicated to fostering community and enhancing learning through various initiatives. Currently serving as Chief at Innov8rs since February 2014 and Founder of Conveners.co since August 2022, Hans has a strong focus on bringing people together and driving change. As the Founder of sparqz.co, Hans has worked with purpose-driven individuals to create engaging online events and communities. Previous roles include Fellow at On Deck, Chief Marketing at Cafe Style Speed Training, and Culture Change Consultant at Royal DSM NV. Hans holds a Master's Degree in Dutch Law from Maastricht University and has participated in numerous leadership and innovation training programs.
