Md Muntasir Sarker is a Grid Connection Engineer at Innova since October 2024, previously serving as a Grid Engineer and Project Engineer at Queequeg Renewables from April 2023 to November 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a Graduate Engineer (Nuclear) at NSG Environmental Ltd from September 2022 to March 2023, and a work experience placement at National Grid in August 2022. Md participated in the Graduate Engineering Engagement Programme (GEEP) 2021/22 at the Royal Academy of Engineering, in partnership with The Windsor Fellowship, from October 2021 to February 2022, and completed a FastFutures Internship at Avado in late 2021. Leadership skills were demonstrated as the Treasurer for Engineers Without Borders QM from September 2020 to June 2021, managing finances and promoting sustainable projects. Additional experience includes a brief internship with Bright Network and a senior operations role in Queen Mary Formula Student, as well as working as a Customer Assistant at Tesco. Md holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering from Queen Mary University of London, complemented by A-Level studies in Italian, ICT, Maths, and Physics from Morpeth Sixth Form.

This includes planning, grid connections, project rights development, financing, construction and asset management, power purchase agreements, and long-term operations.
