Wagner Debom has extensive experience in production and industrial management, currently serving as Gerente Industrial at Innova since August 2019, where previous roles included Gerente de produção and Coordenador de produção. Concurrently, Wagner has been with Videolar Innova since July 1999, holding the position of Engenheiro de produção. Wagner possesses a robust academic background, with an MBA in Gestão da Manutenção, Industria Petroquímica from IPOG, an MBA in Economia e Gestão Empresarial from FGV, and a degree in Engenharia de Produção from Unisinos.
