Alyona Pak is a Senior Product Designer with extensive experience in product design and user experience (UX). Currently at Innova since July 2024, Alyona previously held senior roles at GeeksForLess Inc., where contributions included redesigning user flows for a global restaurant chain and implementing revenue-enhancing strategies. At UsabilityLab CA & EU, Alyona served as a UX mentor, managing UX processes and conducting usability testing. Earlier experience includes working at Альфа-Банк Казахстан as a Middle Product Designer, focusing on Smart POS and payment terminals, and a brief role as a UX Researcher at Кибер-ром, contributing to video hosting and analytics services. Alyona holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology from Kazakh-British Technical University.
