Soumaya Ben Letaifa

Soumaya Ben Letaifa is a seasoned academic and professional with extensive experience in strategy, innovation, and leadership. Currently serving as the Directrice of the Self Leadership Programme Canada/Africa at Self-Leadership Lab since January 2018, Ben Letaifa has facilitated the development of confidence and strategic positioning for over 1900 participants. As an Associate Professor at UQAM since 2003, responsibilities include designing and delivering multiple courses related to innovation, intercultural management, and marketing, along with leading various research projects funded by SSHRC and MDEIE. Previous roles include Directrice at Deloitte, Vice-President at Voyages Thematours, and Marketing Manager at Bell Canada. Ben Letaifa holds Ph.D.s in Management and Strategy from Université Paris Dauphine and UQAM, respectively.
