Catherine Farrugia

Catherine Farrugia has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and training and development. Catherine has served as the Human Resources Director at INNOVA Medical Ophthalmics since 2017. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources at Compass Construction Resources Ltd. from 2014 to 2016, where they were responsible for all aspects of HR operations. Catherine also owned and operated Arch Consulting Group, providing HR support services to various organizations, from 2009 to 2014. Catherine has held the position of HR Director at FirstOnSite Restoration from 2011 to 2013, where they were involved in building a new culture of performance and innovation. Catherine previously served as the Director of Operations Canada at Jefferson Wells and as an HR Manager at Canadian Tire.

Catherine Farrugia obtained an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Seneca Polytechnic from 1983 to 1986.
