Nicole Kushner

Nicole Kushner is a seasoned professional in the architecture and design industries, currently serving as Co-Founder and Creative Design Lead at Innova Renders LLC, a company specializing in high-quality 3D renderings since January 2020. Prior to this role, Nicole held various positions at One Door from May 2013 to February 2023, including Design Manager - Marketing, Associate Solution Consultant, Senior Lead Space Analyst, and Operations Creative Lead, where skills in designing collateral, managing projects, and sales strategy were developed. Additional experience includes positions as a Concept Artist at ROTU Entertainment & Media, Ltd., Design Project Manager at M&L Construction Co., Assistant Architect at Architecture Firm José Muñoz, Architect Intern at NK Engineering Office, and Project Manager for the Gateway Project at Long Way Home. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Boston Architectural College and an earlier degree from Inter American University of Puerto Rico.
