Rosa Estrada

Rosa Estrada currently serves as the Coordinador Gestión de Desarrollo Humano at Innova Schools México since November 2017, overseeing the annual training program, needs assessment, instructional design for digital training materials, and performance evaluation processes, among other responsibilities. Notable achievements include the development of a Learning module strategy and content. Previously, Rosa was a Senior Capital Humano at Ingenieros Civiles Asociados from April 2009 to 2017, where key duties included talent acquisition, administration of personnel processes, and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs). Rosa began the professional journey as an intern at Televisa, focusing on recruitment and personnel administration. Educational qualifications include a Diplomatura in Psicologia Positiva from Universidad Iberoamericana (2022-2023), and additional certifications in competency-based interviewing and management.
