Akanksha Rawat has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Akanksha began their career at Global Rhymes as a Business Development Executive, where they focused on recruiting and sourcing candidates. Akanksha then joined Trinity Global Tech Inc. as an HR Executive, providing staffing and consulting services to companies in the United States, United Kingdom, and India. Akanksha then moved on to Net2Source Inc., where they held roles as both a Corporate HR and Sr. Corporate HR, managing talent management solutions and supporting clients globally. Currently, they are working at Innova Solutions as a Talent Acquisition Lead - Digital Transformation, delivering strategic technology, business transformation, and talent solutions to clients worldwide. Throughout their career, Akanksha has gained experience in various aspects of talent acquisition and has worked with clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to start-ups.

Akanksha Rawat completed their Higher Secondary Certificate in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Army School in 2010. Akanksha then pursued their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Zoology from S.G.R.R. Institute of Technology & Science, which they completed in 2013.
