Archana Janakiram is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in solutions delivery and project management. Currently serving as Vice President of Solutions Delivery at Innova Solutions since March 2022, Archana has been with Analysts since February 2015, where responsibilities have included leading business analysis, architecture, application development, and quality assurance teams. With over 10 years of project management experience at Analysts International, Archana has expertise in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies and has managed multiple concurrent projects. Previous roles include Business Analyst & Project Lead and Solutions Architect, showcasing a strong foundation in system analysis, design, and development. Archana began a career as a Software Engineer at Deltatec Solutions after earning a Master of Computer Applications from the University of Madras.
