David Sanders

David Sanders, CPSR, is a seasoned Senior Technical Recruiter with extensive experience in sourcing and deploying IT professionals across various sectors. Currently at Innova Solutions since November 2015, David collaborates with Business Development Managers to align client needs with recruitment efforts. Previous roles include Senior Technical Recruiter positions at Premier Tech, Inc., TriCom Technical Services, and Apex Government Solutions, where responsibility encompassed the entire recruitment life cycle. David began a career in recruitment at ECCO Select and Power I.T., LLC, and foundational experience was gained at The Corporate Recruiting Group specializing in Electrical Engineering placements. Prior to recruitment, David served as a Social Worker for the Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services, aiding welfare recipients in achieving self-sufficiency. David holds a BS in International Relations and Political Science from Drake University.
