Michael Lucenko, MS, is currently the Vice President of Business Development at Innova Solutions, where they focus on uncovering market opportunities and increasing revenue within the Aerospace and Defense sectors. With a dynamic leadership style, they have successfully negotiated multi-billion dollar agreements and developed strategies that doubled business segment revenues while achieving consistent EBIT growth. Previously, Lucenko held various leadership roles at Pratt & Whitney, leading significant strategic initiatives and cross-functional teams. They have a strong educational background, holding a Master of Science in Finance from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University, along with ongoing participation in the United Technologies Executive Leadership Program at the University of Virginia.
