Rama R has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. From 2017 to present, Rama worked as a Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist at INNOVA SOLUTIONS USA, where they were involved in organizing meetings, gathering client feedback, and handling joining formalities. Prior to that, Rama worked at Infoview Technologies Pvt Limited from 2015 to 2016, focusing on campus recruitment, team management, and end-to-end recruitment processes. From 2011 to 2015, Rama was a Business Analyst at Hindustan Unilever Limited, where they specialized in recruitment, lateral hiring, and staffing.
