Sarah Johnson (Shier)

Sarah (Shier) Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sarah began their career in 2001 as an Assistant Counselor and Daycare Provider at Clawson Public Schools Summer Camp and Daycare. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as a Guest Teacher at Clintondale Community Schools and Guardian Angels Catholic School.

In 2007, Sarah joined Burcaw Company as an Office Manager, where they handled various responsibilities such as managing communication, maintaining pricing and quotes, and handling payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Sarah continued in this role until 2013 while also taking on the role of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Manager within the company from August to December 2013.

From 2012 to 2014, Sarah worked as an Independent Consultant at Thirty-One Gifts. Sarah then joined Innova Solutions in 2013, initially serving as a Program Manager responsible for managing and maintaining multiple client accounts. Later, they transitioned to the role of Time Management Specialist, focusing on operational excellence and coordinating with internal departments.

Currently, Sarah holds the position of Lead Operations Specialist at Innova Solutions, where they continue to ensure operational efficiency and consultant satisfaction by managing technical tickets, training, escalations, and best practices.

Sarah (Shier) Johnson completed their high school education at Clawson High School, graduating in the year 2001. Following that, they attended Saint Mary's College from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching.
