Umadevi Ramachandran

Umadevi Ramachandran has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Umadevi started their career as a Human Resources Generalist at Innova Solutions, Inc in May 2004 and worked there until March 2006. Umadevi then moved on to Ness SES, where they held various roles, including Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resource Business Partner/Manager Human Resources from April 2006 to July 2014. During their time at Ness SES, they were responsible for implementing grade leveling and redesigning compensation structures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and conducting HR reporting and analytics processes. Since October 2016, Umadevi Ramachandran has been working as a Senior Human Resources Manager at INNOVA SOLUTIONS USA, where they manage and supports various HR initiatives and activities, such as talent acquisition, employee relations, and engagement, change management, and compensation. Umadevi also oversees the People Ops and Office Management team members and implements HR policies and practices that foster organizational effectiveness.

Umadevi Ramachandran holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Science from the University of Mysore. Additionally, they obtained an Associateship from the Insurance Institute of India in January 2001.
