Pam Williams

Pam Williams is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Sr. Director of People Services at InnovaCare Health since September 2025, Pam previously led the HR department at Akerman LLP, a top 100 AM LAW firm, overseeing a team of 11 professionals and managing all aspects of the employee life cycle from August 2017 to September 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Director at Hard Rock International, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition and employee relations, and positions as HR Manager at Philips and AdventHealth, focusing on international employee relations and recruitment, as well as overseeing HR functions for a large campus. Pam holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Rollins College and a Bachelor's degree in History from Dickinson College.
