Mahesh Dutt

Mahesh Dutt serves as the Vice President Finance and Global Head of Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Finance Operations at Innovaccer since September 2015, overseeing controllership, taxation, and treasury functions. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Director of Finance, Financial Controller, Director of Finance (FP&A), and Senior Finance Manager. Mahesh has also held the position of Head of Finance at Lark Logistics Pvt Ltd and worked in business finance at ibibo Web Pvt. Ltd. Additionally, experience in audit and taxation was gained at Mynd Solutions Private Ltd, and early professional training was completed as an Article Assistant at Rajesh Lal and Company. Mahesh holds a Chief Financial Officer Programme certification from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and a B.Com (H) degree from Delhi University.
