Wendy Rubas

Wendy Rubas currently serves as the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Innovaccer, beginning in September 2023, and is also an Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where Wendy teaches MSL students about transformations in in-house legal departments. Prior to this, Wendy held the position of Chief Legal Officer at Working Smarter, where responsibilities included advising companies, investors, and boards on legal, compliance, and risk issues while fostering connections among general counsel. Wendy's extensive experience includes serving as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at VillageMD, where leadership involved managing high-stakes funding rounds and enterprise risk programs. Wendy's prior roles encompass executive positions at Northwest Community Healthcare, CDH-Delnor Health System, and Provena Health, as well as earlier legal experience at McDermott Will and Emery and Ross and Hardies. Wendy earned a Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Social Work from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
