Adam Vine

Vice President of Strategic Sales at InnoVacient

Adam Vine has extensive work experience in sales and leadership roles. Adam started their career as the CEO of LeadLaunch in 2015, where they focused on driving deal flow for executive decision-makers. With a 30+ year sales background, Adam invested in sales and leadership training, as well as talent, technologies, and business-related investments. Adam gained skills in persuasive oral and written communication, public speaking, team building, and branding. In 2020, Adam joined InnoVacient as the Vice President of Strategic Sales. Adam later served as the Client Engagement Officer at EMQ Technologies from May 2022 to December 2022. Prior to these roles, Adam was the Executive Director at SCI & Associates from 2011 to 2014, where they led the firm's vision and strategies to help clients become 'Employers of Choice'. Adam also fostered strategic partnerships with C-Suite executives, business owners, and HR Directors. Before that, Adam was the Executive Partner and CEO of Homestead Financial | Trillium Capital Group, where they grew the mortgage and real estate brokerage from a two-man startup to a team of 18 reps and support staff. Adam left Homestead Financial in 2008 to start their own brokerage.

Adam Vine attended Pierce College from 1985 to 1988, where they studied Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Business. Adam did not obtain a specified degree. In addition to their college education, Adam obtained several certifications. These include completing the Social Selling Boot Camp from Vengreso in December 2017, completing the Up and Running with Basecamp certification from Lynda.com in March 2016, completing the Social Selling with LinkedIn certification from Lynda.com in January 2016, and completing the Up and Running with LinkedIn Sales Navigator certification from Lynda.com in November 2015. Adam also obtained a certification in B2B Sales, although the specific month and year of completion are not provided.
