Emmanuel Mernier

Emmanuel Mernier is the Head of Engineering at InnovaFeed since October 2019, responsible for designing and building the company’s industrial manufacturing footprint for large-scale insect meal production aimed at aquaculture. Prior to InnovaFeed, Emmanuel served as Expert Associate Partner and Manufacturing Expert at McKinsey & Company, focusing on operations excellence, and as an Operations Consultant in the chemical industry. Emmanuel's career began at Toyota Motor Europe, where responsibilities included managing diesel engine projects and leading teams in engine evaluation. Emmanuel holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from KU Leuven, a Master's degree in Energy Technologies from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, and a Post Graduate degree in Business Administration from EHSAL Management School.
