Enzo Ballestra

Enzo Ballestra serves as Chief of Staff to the CTO at Innovafeed since October 2022, previously holding the position of Manager at Advancy from July 2018 to October 2022. Early experience includes roles as a Junior Consultant at Sopra Steria Consulting, where contributions were made to the maintenance structure of the French Army Air Force, and as a Continuous Improvement Project Manager at HEINEKEN France, where maintenance time was reduced by 75% at the Marseille Brewery. Enzo also worked as a Project Manager for the GIVOLVE project with Volvo Group, creating training sessions on lean manufacturing, and as a User Experience advisor for Eusoft. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Strategic Management from HEC Paris and a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from INSA Lyon, complemented by an exchange program at the National University of Singapore.
