Sylvain Davrout

Sylvain Davrout is a project engineer at InnovaFeed since January 2021, focusing on the development and industrialization of specific equipment for insect farming, contributing to the production of a new protein source for animal nutrition. Prior experience includes roles at Perenco as an offshore operations engineer and an onshore production engineer, where responsibilities encompassed monitoring drilling activities and optimizing production services on oil sites. Sylvain Davrout also worked as a mechanical engineering intern at Forssea Robotics, participating in the development of innovative underwater robotics products, and as a mechanical engineering intern at CEA, contributing to a project on robotic manipulation of nuclear waste. Educational qualifications include an engineering degree in mechanical engineering from Université de Technologie de Troyes, alongside studies at Université de Technologie de Compiègne and Université d'Évry.
