Courtney Despos

Courtney Despos is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in home health and community services. Currently serving as Vice President of Home & Community Supports & Services at InnovAge since August 2020, Courtney has demonstrated national leadership across various teams including Home Health, Comfort Care, and Visiting Nurse programs. Prior roles include Vice President of In Home Services at InnovAge, National Executive Director for Home Health, and Regional Vice President at Aveanna Healthcare. Additionally, Courtney has held directorial and managerial positions in organizations such as Trout's Fly Fishing, BAYADA Home Health Care, and Brookdale. With a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Indianapolis, Courtney brings a strong clinical background and a focus on project management and process improvement from previous experience as Owner/Managing Partner of Progressive Project Management LLC.
