Gina Deblassie is the current Chief Operating Officer of Central Regional Operations at InnovAge. Gina has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
Gina started their career as a financial analyst at St Joseph Health Care System in January 2005. Gina then moved to Total Community Care in June 2001, where they served as Executive Director for nine years. In April 2010, Gina joined InnovAge as Chief Operating Officer.
Under Gina’s leadership, InnovAge has become one of the largest senior care providers in the state of New Mexico. Gina has been instrumental in expanding InnovAge’s services and growing the organization to better serve the seniors in our community.
