Kimberly Kirschner

Kimberly Kirschner is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in operational accounting and financial shared services. Currently serving as Vice President of Operational Accounting at InnovAge since February 2022, Kimberly previously held roles including Consultant at RGP, Senior Director of Operational Accounting at Zayo Group, and International Accounting Manager at HomeAdvisor. With a strong foundation in management and process improvement, Kimberly has also owned a boutique, overseen corporate travel programs, and led significant projects in financial shared services, earning a Six Sigma Black Belt through Six Sigma Qualtec. Kimberly holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Oklahoma State University.
