Leslie Minna

Leslie Minna, PsyD, MBA, MS, currently serves as Vice President and Executive Director of Behavioral Health at InnovAge since April 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Department Manager of Specialty Services at Kaiser Permanente, as well as a Behavioral Health Provider at STRIDE Community Health Center. Leslie began a career in psychology as a resident at Denver Health and has held various externships, including with the City and County of Denver and Buckley Air Force Base. Leslie has also worked as an external consultant for McKinsey & Company and held intern positions at RedCloud Capital and Aweida Venture Partners. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Psychology from the University of Denver and multiple finance degrees, including an MBA and MS from the University of Colorado Denver, alongside a BA in Psychology and a BS in Marketing and Finance from the same institution.
