Silvia Boswell

Silvia Boswell is the COO of Eastern Regional Operations at InnovAge. Silvia has over 25 years of experience in marketing and communications.

Silvia started their career as Communications Director at March of Dimes from 1986 to 1990. Silvia then became Marketing Director at National Jewish Health from 1997 to 2011. In February 2011, they joined Total Community Options as Associate Vice President, Marketing until January 2012.

Boswell is a highly decorated marketer, receiving several awards throughout their career. In 2010, they were named “Marketer of the Year” by the American Marketing Association.

Silvia Boswell has a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Public Relations from the University of Colorado Boulder.

They work with Maria Lozzano - Corporate COO, Alice Raia - CIO, and Gina Deblassie - COO, Central Regional Operations. Silvia Boswell reports to Patrick Blair, President & CEO.
