Stephen Boston, MBA, has extensive experience in financial management and program leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as Manager of IT Finance & Procurement at InnovAge, Stephen ensures the accuracy and timeliness of financial and procurement functions within the technology department. Previously, as Executive Director of Finance and Administration at HOPE Online Learning Academy Co-Op, Stephen oversaw the organization's financial activities and developed key policies. Notable roles also include Head of Compliance and Director of Faculty Records at Jones International University, where Stephen managed compliance oversight and faculty administration. With a solid foundation in project management and operational efficiency, Stephen has held leadership positions in sales operations, contracts management, and program management at several companies, including Jones Knowledge and Lockheed Martin. Stephen obtained an MBA from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from UNM Anderson School of Management.
