Steven Jones

Steven Jones, MBA-HA, currently serves as Executive Director at InnovAge, having been promoted from Area Director in February 2023. With a strong background in healthcare, Steven held various positions at InnovAge from 2014 to 2021, including PACE Director and Manager of Clinical Exercise Services, where responsibilities involved collaborating with therapists to enhance the quality of life for chronically ill patients. Prior to this, Steven worked at care.coach as a Senior Account Executive and Account Executive focusing on PACE Strategy and Growth and Customer Success from December 2021 to February 2023. Steven's professional involvement extends to serving on the Executive Committee of the Clinical Exercise Physiology Association and previously as an ACSM – CPT with the American College of Sports Medicine. Steven holds an MBA in Health Care Administration from Colorado Christian University and a degree in Health and Human Services with a focus on Exercise Physiology from Kennesaw State University.
