Jose Baldo

Jose Baldo has a diverse work experience. Jose began their career as a Soccer Coach at Academia de Futbol Menor "JACINTO LARA" from an unspecified start date to December 2016. Jose then worked as a Manager at Agropecuaria Mantaraya C.A from August 2015 to August 2017, where they implemented various strategies to improve production efficiency and increase sales. Following this, they joined Multiservices R&M as a Coordinator from August 2017 to May 2019, where they were responsible for managing schedules, creating financial worksheets, and hiring and evaluating employees. Jose then had a short-term role as Summer X-Games Event Staff at ESPN in July 2019. From August 2019 to June 2020, they worked as an Intern at Innovairre, and then progressed to become a Client Services Team Lead, overseeing administrative operations, managing projects, and leading support staff. Currently, Jose is a Graduate Student Assistant at Iowa Wesleyan University since August 2020, where they are pursuing a Master's degree in Business Management Leadership with a concentration in Strategic Leadership. In this role, they assist the Head Coach in training and recruiting soccer players, as well as providing academic support to student-athletes.

Jose Baldo completed a Master's degree in Business Management/Strategic Leadership at Iowa Wesleyan University from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Management and Finance from the same university from 2017 to 2020. Jose also attended Universidad Nacional Experimental Politécnica 'Antonio José de Sucre', where they studied Industrial Engineering from 2015 to 2017. Jose Baldo received their High School Diploma from U.E Colegio San Vicente de Paul in 2015. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications, including Anti Money-Laudering from American Amicable Life Ins Co in 2021, Initiating and Planning Project from the University of California, Irvine in 2020, and Introduction to Data Analytics for Business from Coursera in 2019. Jose has also completed a Defensive Driving course at Iowa Wesleyan University.
