Sunil Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Sunil founded and currently serves as the Managing Director of Innoval Digital Solutions, a digital solutions company. Prior to that, they worked as an Angel Investor at Lead Angels. Sunil also has experience as a Director and Founder of charitable trusts, where they focused on providing finance and support to underprivileged students. Sunil has also served as a Visiting Faculty and Advisory Council Member at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. Additionally, Sunil has held positions such as Promoter, Investor, Co-Chairman, and Managing Director at SQL Star International, and as a Director at Collabera Enterprise Solutions. Sunil has also been an Investor and Mentor at Saturn Systemwares, and the Founder and Promoter of IVL India. Sunil has a track record of building market leadership and trusted brands in the SAP consulting space. Sunil also founded Optibiz Software technologies and worked as the CEO of Enterprise Software Consulting Inc.

Sunil Gupta has a diverse education history. In 2021-2022, they attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where they earned a certificate in the Stanford Seed Transformation Program with a focus on Business Administration and Management. In 2002, they participated in executive education at the Indian School of Business, concentrating on Global Marketing and Business. In 1984-1985, they pursued postgraduate studies at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, specializing in Management with a focus on Business, Marketing, and Industrial aspects. Sunil also completed a Management Development program at the Tata Management Training Center in Pune in 1984. Additionally, Sunil Gupta participated in executive education at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 1983. Sunil started their educational journey by earning a Bachelor of Engineering degree in B.Tech (Electronics Engineering) from 1978 to 1983. Prior to that, they completed their primary and secondary education at St. Mary's Convent School in Ujjain from 1965 to 1978.
