Luca Artuso

Luca Artuso has extensive work experience in translation, localization, and proofreading. Their most recent position is at Innovamat, where they are responsible for localizing editorial materials for the Italian school context and managing relationships with external vendors. Prior to that, they worked at Constelação de Letras LDA as a translator, proofreader, and localizer. They also have experience as a translation account manager at Welocalize Life Sciences and as a translator, proofreader, and localizer at AT Language Solutions. Luca has also worked as a travel insurance agent at AXA, coordinating international medical assistance, and as a language assistant at Wangaratta High School. They have also worked as a translator and proofreader at Booking.com, as an inside sales assistant at APL, as an Italian and English language assistant at Universidad Juárez Autónoma de TABASCO, and as a translator, proofreader, and localizer at PADI.

Luca Artuso has a diverse education history. In 2006, they began their studies at the Università degli Studi di Messina, where they pursued a Bachelor of Translation and Interpretation, although the specific field of study is unknown. From 2011 to 2013, Luca attended the University of Genoa, obtaining a Master of Translation and Interpretation with a focus on Language Interpretation and Translation. In 2014 and 2015, Luca further expanded their knowledge by acquiring a degree in Logistics and Shipping Management from Assagenti, Spediporto. Finally, from 2020 to 2022, Luca attended the Universidad de Cádiz, completing a Master's degree in Audiovisual Translation.
