Gözde began their career as an intern at Garanti Bank in June 2006 and Pak Holding AS in June 2005. This early exposure provided their with an understanding of the financial industry and laid the foundation for their subsequent professional growth.

Gözde Küçükoğlu completed their education history with various degrees and fields of study. Gözde first attended Yildiz Technical University from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Statistics. Following a break in education, they enrolled at Anadolu University from 2017 to 2020 and graduated with a degree in Aşçılık (Culinary Arts). Prior to their university education, Gözde Küçükoğlu attended Ozel Trakya High School from 1998 to 2002, specializing in Science. Additionally, from 2004 to 2006, they pursued another degree in Foreign Trade at Anadolu University.
