Bleue Silkensen

Bleue Silkensen is a Jr Account Executive at Innovant Inc. since August 2022, following experience as an Administrative Assistant at Makrod Investment Associates from June 2018 to August 2022. During the role at Makrod, Bleue Silkensen contributed to the development of a firm-wide digital archive and facilitated the transition to a paperless environment by processing over 250 reports monthly.
