Buck Schley

Buck Schley has over three decades of work experience in various roles related to product marketing, office furniture sales, and interior design. Buck began their career as a designer at Criteria Architects Inc in 1984 before moving on to work as a designer at Haworth and then as an office furniture salesperson at Productive Interiors. In 1986, Schley became an interior designer at First Southern Federal Savings and Loan, and in 1988, they transitioned to contract furniture sales at COG. From 1990 to 1994, they served as a contract furniture salesperson at FACS for Offices, receiving multiple awards for outstanding sales. Schley then worked as a district manager at GF Office Furniture, Ltd from 1994 to 1996. Buck joined Boise Cascade in 1996 as a furniture manager, responsible for furniture sales and interior design. In 1998, Schley became the director of marketing and technical office at Wright Line, overseeing product development, sales, documentation, and training. Finally, since 2006, they have been serving as the director of product marketing and IT at Innovant, focusing on product development, standards compliance, strategic planning, and product marketing.

Buck Schley obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Architecture from Western Carolina University, where they studied from 1981 to 1985.
