Pradeep Menon is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in commercial operations, leadership, and analytics, currently serving as Vice President of Commercial Operations at Innovapptive Inc since January 2022. In this role, Pradeep leads the Operations for Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success, focusing on strategy development and performance metrics to enhance revenue effectiveness. Previously, Pradeep held senior leadership positions at GE Digital, including Senior Director of Commercial Operations and Customer Success Operations, where responsibilities encompassed accelerating deal velocity and driving process excellence. With a strong background in data analytics and business intelligence from earlier roles at GE Capital, Deloitte Consulting, and Capgemini, Pradeep combines technical expertise with strategic vision. Pradeep earned an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and two Bachelor of Technology degrees from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi.
