Satish Chinnabathini has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Satish currently holds the position of Lead - Compensation & Benefits (Global) at Innovapptive Inc since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at TA Digital for over 10 years, starting as an Associate Team Lead and eventually serving in various roles related to HR management, including Compensation & Benefits, Separation, Compliance and Documentation, Statutory Compliance, Performance Management, Onboarding formalities, Background Verifications, and Employee Engagement & Communication. Satish Chinnabathini completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from NG College in 2005. Satish then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in HR from Loyala Academy from 2006 to 2008.
