Massimiliano Serafino

Massimiliano Serafino is an experienced professional in the field of network engineering and healthcare systems architecture. Currently serving as the Head of the healthcare systems architecture office at InnovaPuglia SpA since January 2009, Massimiliano oversees the governance and technological evolution of healthcare systems within the Regional Data Center and manages the regional broadband network for health offices. Prior experience includes roles as a Network and Security Engineer at InnovaPuglia SpA and Tecnopolis, where responsibilities encompassed planning, maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting of complex Cisco network architectures. Massimiliano began a career as a Network Engineer at Xronos S.r.l., where expertise was developed in wireless technologies, security solutions, and routing and switching. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering from Politecnico di Bari and further studies in Electronic Engineering at Politecnico di Milano.
