Pauly R.

Pauly R. is an experienced Product Designer currently at Innovare since August 2022, focusing on enhancing product experiences and leading UX research initiatives. Previously, Pauly served as Chief Creative Officer at 7QUBES from August 2018 to December 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing innovative outputs and developing creative strategies for client-facing products. As Entrepreneur In Residence at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago from June 2017 to December 2018, Pauly provided workshops and support to students in entrepreneurship. Pauly co-founded Hermit Connection Inc. as COO from July 2016 to September 2018, contributing to the design of a web-based platform for artists and commissioners, and was involved in the Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation as a member of the Hermit Startup. Additionally, Pauly participated in the IHCC/1871 incubator program, promoting opportunities for Hispanic-owned tech companies. Pauly R. holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Art and Technologies Studies/Visual Communication Design from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, obtained in 2016.
