Mohit Gupta

Mohit Gupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing and advising businesses across diverse industries. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at InnovArise by Grupo AG, Mohit focuses on building ventures that address critical issues in Central and Latin America, including financial resilience and women's empowerment. In addition, Mohit holds advisory roles at Flux Auto and One Step Consulting LLC, helping organizations implement transformation strategies and develop autonomous vehicle technologies. Mohit has also contributed as a Board Member for Forestdale, Inc., and has held leadership positions such as CEO at LiBAMA Power Corporation, where innovative anode technology was developed for lithium-metal batteries. Previous roles include Strategy Advisor at PARC, Chief Innovation Officer at EmployBridge, and Managing Director of Growth Ventures at Cargill, where Mohit successfully led initiatives to build and scale new businesses. Mohit holds an MBA in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Delhi College of Engineering.
