Matthew Holland

Innovasea- Aquaculture Intelligence: Director of Customer Success at Innovasea

Matthew Holland has extensive work experience in customer success roles, particularly in the field of aquaculture intelligence. Matthew has been with Innovasea since 2018, starting as a Manager of Customer Success and later being promoted to Director of Customer Success for Innovasea's Aquaculture Intelligence division in February 2022. Prior to Innovasea, Matthew worked at Realtime Aquaculture as a Manager of Customer Success for a brief period in 2018.

Before transitioning to the aquaculture industry, Matthew worked as a Customer Support Manager at Amirix, Vemco from 2006 to 2018. Matthew also gained experience as a Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) Technician/Pilot at Oceaneering in 2006, where they were responsible for piloting ROVs and conducting repairs and troubleshooting. Earlier in their career, Matthew worked as a GIS Technician/Hydrographic Surveyor at Fugro Seafloor Surveys, Inc in 2002 and as a Customer Support Delegate in the Marine Division of Applanix Corporation, A Trimble Company from 2001 to 2002.

Matthew Holland graduated with an Electronic Engineering Technology Diploma in Electronics from Nova Scotia Community College - NSCC in 2007. Prior to that, they pursued an Advanced Diploma in Marine Geomatics from NSCC Annapolis Valley Campus, specializing in Marine Geomatics, from 2001 to 2002.
