Md. Mahmudul Haque (Fahim) has a diverse range of work experience in the software development industry. Md. Mahmudul Haque started their career at sgcsoft as a Software Engineer, where they worked on developing browser extensions and admission management systems. Md. Mahmudul Haque then joined Clear Idea Labs, LLC as a Software Engineer, where they collaborated with a distributed team on various web and mobile application projects. Following this, Fahim worked at BizMotion Limited as a Sr. Software Engineer and Team Lead, focusing on implementing agile development methodologies and frontend development for a system that improved salesforce team efficiency. Md. Mahmudul Haque then joined TenderEasy, part of Alpega, as a Development Team Lead, responsible for maintaining work quality, distributing tasks, and mentoring team members. Fahim is currently working at InnovaSoft Limited as a Co-Founder and CTO, where they play a key role in the company's technological advancements. Recently, they also joined Teknovus as a System Analyst and Senior Backend Developer, contributing to the company's digital transformation efforts through the development of IoT solutions.

Md. Mahmudul Haque (Fahim) attended Motijheel Model High School & College from 1998 to 2003, where they completed their SSC in Science. Following that, from 2003 to 2005, they attended Notre Dame College and completed their HSC in Science. Subsequently, from 2005 to 2010, Mahmudul Haque pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology.
