Cynthia Crutchfield

Cynthia Crutchfield is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, particularly in the federal market. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Innovate Alabama since December 2022, Cynthia oversees corporate strategy and operations, fostering partnerships and innovation-focused activities. Previous positions include President/CEO at Crutchfield Management Consulting, LLC, and Chief Operating Officer at The Crutchfield Company, LLC. Significant experience includes Vice President at ManTech, where responsibilities included managing division operations for contracts with NASA and other federal agencies, as well as roles at AECOM, Oceus Networks, and ClearView Management Consulting, LLC.
