Ed Sitar

Ed Sitar is the current Chief Financial Officer at Innovate Biopharmaceuticals. Prior to this, they were with Timber Pharmaceuticals and 9 Meters Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. where they served as the Chief Financial Officer. Ed has been instrumental in raising over $100 million of new capital, increasing institutional ownership in the shareholder base, and increasing the market capitalization. Ed has also deep relationships on the buy side and Wall Street which they have used to their advantage in investor relations outreach. Sitar has also successfully transitioned merger and corporate structure issues and developed and improved high level systems.

Ed Sitar has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Scranton, a High School Diploma in College Preparation from Saint Joseph High School- Metuchen, NJ, and a Grammer School Diploma in General Studies from St Mary's Plainfield. Ed is also certified by the New Jersey State Board of Accountancy as a CPA.

Their manager is Sandeep Laumas, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. They work with Gary Musso - Manufacturing / CMC, Kendyle Woodard - Co-founder and Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs, and Patrick H. Griffin - Chief Medical Officer.
