Raissa Espiritu

Raissa Espiritu is the Co-Founder & Co-Managing Partner at Audaxa Ventures, focusing on early stage capital investments in climate and health solutions led by diverse women and non-binary founders. Raissa is also the Executive in Residence at Innovate Calgary, guiding the Cenovus Equity, Diversity, Inclusion Accelerator initiative. Additionally, Raissa is a Member of Global Women in VC, Founder & President of ReTHINK Collaborative Group Inc., and Founder & Investor at ReTHINK Collaborative Labs. Raissa's experience also includes roles at Platform Calgary, The North West Company, Centre for Social Innovation, Cosm Medical, and Infused Canna. Raissa holds an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University.
