Michele Maynard

As Chief Operating Officer, Michele oversees the daily operations of finance, human resources, preparation of financial reports, preparing annual budgets and business plans and will lead M&A integration projects.

When she joined Cayuse, Michele brought with her 20+ years of Corporate finance and management experience including business planning, analysis and performance, strategy and operational excellence, leading global cross-company initiatives, optimizing budgets and resources and building organizational capabilities.

Before joining Cayuse, Michele spent three years as the VP of Finance and People Operations at ClearSlide and 16 years in finance and operations at Microsoft. Michelle earned her Bachelor of Accounting degree from the University of Akron.
