Annette Frawley

Annette Frawley is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in physical therapy and behavioral health. Currently serving as a Targeted Care Specialist 1 at Chestnut Health Systems since June 2021, Annette has also been employed as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Innovate Rehab & Wellness since March 2012 and previously at RehabCare from September 2010 to March 2012. Annette holds a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health Science with an emphasis on Substance Use Disorders from Grand Canyon University (2019-2021) and an Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from State Technical College of Missouri (2008-2010).
