Alexandra Jugureanu

Alexandra Jugureanu is a seasoned professional with expertise in social science business innovation and stakeholder engagement. Currently serving as a Knowledge Transfer Manager at Innovate UK Business Connect, Alexandra leads the ESRC-funded program "Transforming Business Through Social Sciences," focusing on collaboration between social science researchers and businesses in areas such as Net Zero and innovation adoption. Previous roles include Stakeholder Relationships Lead and Research and Programme Manager at Lumminary, where Alexandra developed strategic partnerships and conducted comprehensive research projects. Additionally, experience includes convening roles at the British Sociological Association, managing postgraduate engagement and happiness studies, as well as teaching at Brunel University London. Alexandra holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Leicester and has completed a Circular Economy Masterclass at the University of Exeter Business School.
