Eduardo Hernandez

Eduardo Hernandez is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in strategic programme management and organisational development. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at Innovate UK Business Connect since November 2021, Eduardo is responsible for managing strategic programmes, fostering stakeholder relationships, and developing governance frameworks that align project investments with long-term objectives. Prior to this role, Eduardo was the Head of Funded Projects at Sussex Innovation, where project management and change management strategies were implemented to align with organisational goals. As Economic Development Manager at the University of Sussex, responsibilities included delivering impactful change projects across various departments. Earlier experience includes the role of Economic Development Officer at Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, leading initiatives focused on business investment and regional economic growth.
