Kristen Vance

Kristen Vance is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in survey programming and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Survey Programmer at InnovateMR since May 2022, Kristen previously held the position of Programming Director at Luce Research from March 2010 to May 2022, where leadership of a four-member team through the software development life cycle and management of various data formats was key. Kristen's career began as an intern programmer at Luce Research, advancing to Lead Programmer, and also includes roles as Sales/4th Key Holder at CJ Banks and Team Leader at Crocs, Inc. Kristen earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs in 2010.
